One example is that in our online food ordering site, when you view products under a particular category, the details of the product can be viewed and order placed in the same screen in a pop-up. However in ecommerce site, you will land on product detail page when you click on any product in category listing.

Virtual showroom allows you to showcase all your product details under various categories that you create. In Virtual Showroom, visitors on your website will be able to submit enquiry easily by using enquiry cart. The look and feel of Virtual Showroom is same like Ecommerce site version. The online payment, wishlist, my account, shipment tracking etc are not available in Virtual Showroom.

Under SaaS model, you as user are entitled to use the software on subscription based model. We provide you a hosted software which is managed by our team on Amazon, OVH cloud systems. You as a subscriber continue to use the hosted software till the time subsciption is continued.

These days the prices of domain vary a lot, starting from INR 500/- to lacs of rupees. The cost of domains depend on popularity of name sought, relevance to industries, ease of name, trending names etc. For the same reason its difficult to include the same in subscription costs.

We offer services to book your domain names at actual or you can book it directly and point the domain to our servers to activate your website.

Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be cancelled for 1 year. If you do not renew in following year, it automatically gets cancelled for following year.

Yes, all 3 versions of our sites come with an administration panel which allows you to manage whole data of your website in a very user friendly manner.

Absolutely no need to be worried about that. We provide you with all the necessary instructions in soft copy format and also conduct a demo of admin panel as well as front end website. Apart from this our team will provide necessary support whenever needed during the active subscription period.

We provide the trainings on “Training The Trainer” basis. This means, we will train the person whom you appoint to interact with us. The software usage is really simple and easy. The person trained by us can further train your other staff members.

We assure you that our support team will ensure that your staff does not face any issue for using the software. We are prepared to provide support anytime required during your active subscription period.

We provide support during working hours on Video Calls / Zoom Meets / Phone Call and Email.

Currently we have provided 2 payments gateways:

1. Payu
2. Paytm

Generally it takes 3-4 working days for payment gateway account activation after successfully registering with the respective payment gateways. It could take more time if payment gateways ask you for some more supporting documents subject to approvals. 

Customers can use netbanking, debit/credit cards, wallets, UPI, etc. Cash on delivery (COD) is optional.

The usual time of amount getting credit in you bank account is T+1. However please refer to the policies if the respective payment gateways for details about the same and charges levied.

The services are available purely as SaaS model under which we do not provide software code or access to live servers. For any customization, you can reach us out and discuss your new requirements which can be taken up for discussions. The scope of custom work is covered under add-on services.
